Queen's Year 484, 67th day of the Fading Moon

The Queendom is crumbling, and I fear that none will heed my warning until it is too late. The people of Kindali are in danger from an evil I cannot name. The time of humanity is coming to an end, and I can only pray to the Savior that we as a people survive. The moon grows dimmer with each passing year. The threat of the monsters continues to grow. I am helpless to stop what will happen next.

To my children, I am sorry there is not more I could do. I can only hope that I have prepared you for the terrors to come.
