SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders placed with standard shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days.  To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days beginning from the day after your order was shipped.  For example, if your order ships on Wednesday, begin counting with Thursday as the first business day.

Please keep in mind that the holiday season may cause delays in arrival.  We appreciate your patience.

Will my package be shipped in discreet wrapping?

Yes. You are in control of your own information and who knows what about you. When you order books, flags, apparel, or other merchandise from Sapphic Society, they will come in standard kraft-colored boxes or plain poly mailer bags, without logos or branding affixed to the packaging.

What's the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been placed.  When we ship your goods, we'll send you an updated order status e-mail and include the postal tracking information.  You are always able to track your order through our website by clicking the "Track Your Order" link in the footer section of each webpage, or by clicking here.  There, you can enter either your order number and the e-mail address you input when making your purchase or you can input the tracking number directly.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within North America. However, we’re actively working to expand our abilities to ship internationally, and we expect to be able to do so by mid- to late 2024.

How do I ship to an APO/FPO?

When shipping to an APO or FPO please be sure the formatting for the address is correct so that there are no issues when shipping your order.

Here is an example of a properly formatted APO/FPO address:

COMPANY (FPO ONLY): USS Belleau Wood

STREET 1: Unit/PSC 1234

What do I do if my package is missing? 

Let us know!  If your tracking status indicates your order has been delivered but it never arrived to you, please check with your neighbors to see if it was incorrectly delivered by the postal service accidentally.  If you don't receive your package within 2 business days of the status showing it was delivered, please contact our customer support at info@sapphicsociety.com and we'll get it sorted.

Do you offer free shipping?

Sure do!  We offer free standard shipping to U.S. customers for orders over $75.  Use the code GETMYSHIP at checkout for the discount to apply.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, head to https://sapphicsociety.com/apps/return_prime.  You'll need your order number and the e-mail or phone number you input when making the purchase.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We cannot accept returns on items marked as "FINAL SALE" or gift cards.
