"Visceral and urgent, Lowell Jameson's Through the Realm of the Vacant Prince is a brilliant collection about loss, grief, and embodiment. In each section of the collection, the forms morph as the reader follows the speaker's layered narrative. Images arrive vivid and immediate, always drawing the reader into Jameson's fresh and haunting realms. This book pulls the meat off of language and leaves nothing but the bones."

-Robin Gow, Author of Dear Mothman

Creator or The Created?

Lowell Jameson's premiere poetry collection is a tapestry of woven illusions and encounters, piecing together horrors of the human experience with imagination and elegance. Each piece leads the reader through a medley of topics, including pregnancy, parenthood, identity, and romance. As each poem ties to the next, creating a picture of a life with vulnerability, Jameson begs us to ask the question:

What does a prince have to endure to earn his crown?

About the Author
Jameson, Lowell: - Lowell Jameson, a neurodiverse, queer millennial hails from sunny California, where he was raised by two bookworms. It's no wonder, then, that he's been keen on reading for his entire life. He found his knack for poetry a bit late, but quickly formed an appreciation. Haiku and prose poetry are his favorite genres to write. Apart from writing, he loves to bake, craft, do puzzles of all kinds, and obsess over music. He's married and settled in the Pacific Northwest, where he revels in the different seasons he never got to experience back home, and loves doting on his family. Through the Realm of the Vacant Prince is his first collection. You can find him on Tumblr & Instagram (@lowelljameson), as well as Bluesky (lowelljameson.bsky.social).Moon, Sage: - Sage Moon (he/they) is transmasc/nonbinary/agender and panromantic asexual.
