Jackie L. Disch is a lifelong writer. She is the author of two poetry books: Life Forces a Journey and Hitting Bone. Her third book, Losing Katy: A Memoir of Love, Loss, and Living Grief is her most tender-hearted book to date. Her writing has always been personal in nature and carries with it the hope of helping others, bringing a sense of connection and understanding to situations where it is easy to feel alone and misunderstood. She currently lives on the North Shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota and is working on her next project, a novel.
