Faelyri, princess of the twilight elves, lives an uneventful, unambitious life in her castle under the stars (while also idolizing the biggest traitor her country has ever had). In a sick twist of fate, she gets chosen by a magical weapon to rule, placing her in the center of a power struggle for her kingdom.

As if it couldn't get worse: the weapon itself is dying, which will cause the protective magic around her castle to also fall, opening her home up to old threats.

Lyri now needs to restore the life in her dying weapon by following the trail of her childhood hero (the long-lost traitor-Queen) across the land of Farfell. Along the way, she meets a morally-ambiguous human who wants to cash in the bounty on her head, a genius orc wizard, and a dwarf warrior with the power to heal.

Incredibly short on time, in this LGBTQ+ romantic fantasy, Lyri needs to make sure she finds her hero before her enemies do, so she can save her crumbling country.
